All software, systems, content, and design elements of the Services are the property of EKR Systems LLC.

Our Services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, authentication services, and analytics providers.

We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKR Systems LLC shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions 
• Indirect or consequential damages 
• Operational or financial impacts arising from use of the Services 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EKR Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Violation of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if:

• These Terms are violated 
• Misuse is detected

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
